Graduate from a reputable University.

Preferably with a background in O/A Levels education.

Preferably 3+ years experience.

Job Description:

Planning Designing, Coordinating, Site Visits, Reporting, Managing project teams, and collaborating with other construction professionals.
Report on all sides of Architecture and Design based on researched content, actual on-ground realities and coordination with experienced on board LS staff/colleagues.
Adjust the designs based on clients’ and engineers’ feedback and/or depending on the functionality of the project.
Formulate planning with instructions of the Studio, Chief Architect, wherever necessary. Should be able to handle, prepare and manage design till its completion.
Supervise and produce initial conceptual drawings or rough sketches on projects, get approval from Studio, Chief Architect on this and discuss with clients to get their feedback on the produced work.
Develop detailed designs, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, Lumion for a virtual architecture. (Must be able to work on Lumion and AutoCAD)
Assist in preparing BOQs for the approved design.
Have a good understanding of design materials.
Be able to coordinate with vendors and contractors for suite execution works
Site visits and supervision alongside project management would be key to excelling in this position.
