We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Supervisor to oversee farming operations, ensure optimal crop production, and manage staff effectively. This role is essential for maintaining high agricultural standards and promoting sustainable practices.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum1 years of experience in agricultural management or supervisory roles.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of crop management, pest control, and sustainable farming practices.
Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in using agricultural technology and equipment.
- Certifications: Valid agricultural certification (if applicable) and familiarity with safety regulations.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily farming operations and staff.
- Monitor crop health and implement pest management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and safety standards.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
