You will undergo comprehensive training to develop your technical skills and knowledge in servicing, calibrating and maintaining our products and systems. You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers, assisting with installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. This role is ideal for individuals eager to start a career in engineering and contribute to our service excellence while also gaining hands-on experience in executing successful sales through sales demos.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training: Participate in structured training programs (Online and On-site) to gain knowledge of our products, systems, and service procedures.
  • Assistance: Support senior service engineers with on-site installations, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
  • Diagnostics: Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with guidance from experienced engineers.
  • Customer Interaction: Assist in communicating with clients to understand their service needs and provide effective solutions, while simulataneously focusing on executing successful sales
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports on repairs and maintenance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
  • Learning: Continuously update and expand your technical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and practical experience. This will also include relevant international trainings (subject to fulfilling basic requirements through e-learning) being conducted at different locations throughout the year

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong interest in technical problem-solving and a passion for engineering.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and technical systems.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
