To manage outbound calls for our taxi business based in London. The role involves contacting existing and potential customers, booking rides, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer support over the phone.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients for taxi bookings and follow-ups.
Provide information about services, prices, and timings.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.
Keep records of customer interactions and update databases.
Work closely with the dispatch and management team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and understanding).
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Ability to handle multiple calls and maintain professionalism.
Previous experience in customer service or call center work is a plus.
