Sales Closer

We are hiring a motivated Sales Closer to join our growing digital agency team. You'll be responsible for calling warm leads, handling inbound/outbound sales calls, following up with potential clients, and converting leads into paying customers.

We operate in the US and UAE markets and provide business setup and automation services through Lead Commerce and BizSetupHub.This role is ideal for someone confident in communication, skilled in English, and passionate about converting leads to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Call provided leads and qualify their interest and needs
Follow a structured pitch to explain our services (training provided)
Build rapport, handle objections, and close the deal
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups in CRM/spreadsheets
Report daily progress and results
Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales closing, cold/warm calling, or telemarketing
Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Confident, energetic, and professional tone on calls
Comfortable working evening/night shifts (7 PM – 1 AM)
Own laptop and quiet room for work (initially home-based)
Self-driven with a performance mindset
