Lead Upwork Bidder

We are looking for a committed full-time professional based in Karachi to join our team for a night shift role focused on securing freelance projects through platforms like Upwork. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in bidding and winning projects, excellent client management skills, and strong English writing abilities. This role demands a detail-oriented individual capable of managing the entire project acquisition cycle—from crafting proposals and negotiating with clients to ensuring timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct bidding activities on Upwork and other freelance platforms to secure high-quality projects.
- Write and tailor proposals to meet the specific needs of each project.
- Accurately estimate project costs and prepare competitive quotes and proposals.
- Communicate directly with clients via phone, chat applications, and Skype to clarify requirements and negotiate terms.
- Collect detailed client requirements and relay them effectively to the internal team for smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high quality standards.
- Maintain an excellent rating and positive reputation across all freelance platforms.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in bidding and acquiring projects on Upwork.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to handle client communications and proposal writing effectively.
- Excellent client handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts as required.
- Residency in Karachi is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with additional freelance platforms beyond Upwork is a plus.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs45,000 to Rs60,000, depending on experience and performance.
