We are seeking a Chief Security Supervisor to lead and manage our security operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to ensure the safety and security of our clients while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day security operations and ensure smooth functioning of the team.
- Develop and implement security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise security personnel.
- Liaise with clients to address security needs and concerns.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports of incidents and activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a security leadership role, preferably in a supervisory position.
- Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Age: 30-45 years preferred.
