We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our night shift team. As a CSR, you will play a key role in connecting potential customers in the United States with the medical equipment they need. By delivering exceptional service, you’ll ensure a positive customer experience and contribute to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based customers using a structured script.
- Present the benefits of medical equipment, such as braces, with empathy and professionalism.
- Address customer questions and handle objections confidently and effectively.
- Accurately record customer information in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed performance goals.

Requirements
- Experience in DME sales or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and call management.
