- Bachelor's degree.
- Conduct regular inspections on the manufacturing floor to assess glove quality.
- Document and report deviations from established quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Implement sampling plans and conduct tests on gloves for quality assurance.
- Provide training to production personnel on quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of raw materials used in glove production.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Promote a culture of quality awareness and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
