- Manage all export orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare and manage material orders to meet production demands.
- Identify and analyze gaps in the production process to enhance efficiency.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize workflow.
- Supervise and organize the backstage crew to ensure smooth operations.
- Address discipline matters effectively to maintain a productive work environment.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Develop detailed production schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with various departments to align production timelines with business goals.
- Contribute to long-term strategic planning for production scalability and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of production experience
- Strong organizational and managerial skills
