Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key liaison between Management and production teams.
- Handle sampling, costing, and order follow-ups.
- Coordinate with fabric and trim suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
- Track production timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and reports related to orders.
- Communicate regularly with clients and address their concerns proactively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in garment merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment production processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
