We are looking for a Full-Time Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team and contribute to our global success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, providing timely solutions.
  • Update and create Helpdesk articles for our knowledge base.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer concerns related to e-commerce products and services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
  • Prior experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

  • Full-time, office-based position in Lahore, Pakistan.
  • Must be flexible and willing to work in rotational shifts.
  • Competitive compensation package with the opportunity to earn inbound sales commissions, based on skills and experience.
