LiveGreeter, located in Lahore, is in search of a talented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent Trainer.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing live chat agents, focusing on customer service skills, product knowledge, and communication techniques.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and presentations to facilitate effective learning.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to agents to enhance their performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support and coaching as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in training or coaching roles, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong understanding of live chat platforms and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
