- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper product stocking.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating with suppliers for replenishments.
- Minimize stock loss and wastage through effective inventory control practices.
- Foster a customer-centric environment by ensuring excellent service and addressing customer inquiries or complaints effectively.
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff, assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and conducting evaluations.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports to senior management.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
