Business Development Executive (Upwork Bidder)

Logic Saint is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves generating leads on Upwork and ensuring smooth project transitions by effectively communicating client needs to our Project Managers. If you excel in online bidding, proposal writing, and client communication, we would love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

Expertly bid on Upwork projects.
Craft persuasive and engaging proposals.
Prepare detailed estimates and quotations for clients.
Generate leads that successfully convert into sales.
Communicate daily with clients to understand and meet their needs.
Maintain a high rating on Upwork, essential for our business success.
Build and sustain strong client relationships.

Areas of Expertise:

UI/UX Design
Web Designing
Web Development
CMS Development (WordPress Customization & Development, Shopify, Webflow, Bubble.io, Wix, SquareSpace)

Requirements:

Strong negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to tackle new challenges.
High energy, passion for success, driven, and self-motivated.
Effective team player with the ability to work independently.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets across various tech stacks.

Experience:

1+ years of experience (Freshers with exceptional skills are also encouraged to apply).
