Based in Mardan, the Logistics Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Project Manager. He/she is responsible for logistics and security Excellence. Moreover, ensuring the accuracy and secrecy of information.

He/She will be responsible for:

Logistics & Procurement

Assist to manage the chain of supplies
Assist to procure goods/ services as per organizational policies and procedures
Assist in the timely delivery of items to the requester.
Receive the supplies ordered and keep their follow-up to date.
Ensure that all purchase procedures are followed and any discrepancies to be reported to the concerns.
To keep a record and maintain a list of supplies and local maintenance.
Follow the management of stock.
Supervise the allocation and use of equipment and inventory.

Fleet Management

Supervise the management of the pool of the vehicle.
Supervise, monitor, and train the drivers.
Monitor regular consumption of vehicles.

Security Management

Reporting of security incidents as & when needed.
Sharing Security updates with Staff about areas of working
Sharing of Weekly & Monthly Security updates with Base Logistics Officer KP
Ensure that watchmen are aware of all safety and security regulations
Elaborate security plans for all organizational bases and ensure their implementation
Ensure the security of movement for each field visit

This list is not limited; the employee may be required to perform any other task necessary and compatible with its functions assigned by supervisor.
