Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the smooth and cost-effective transportation, storage, and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, freight carriers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure timely deliveries while complying with all relevant regulations. This role requires strong coordination skills to oversee the entire supply chain process, from origin to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from origin through final delivery.
- Collaborate with vendors, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse activities utilizing logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments effectively.
- Identify and resolve issues related to transportation delays, damaged goods, or customs documentation.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of shipments and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
- Analyze logistics data to assess performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed logistics reports to management to support informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in logistics software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills paired with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures, where applicable.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
