Operations Intern

The Intern will support general office functions and assist with tasks assigned by their supervisor; apart of other techincal duties pertaining to their TORs as assigned by her/his supervisor. Responsibilities include office organization, data entry, communication, and document management. Interns will also assist with events, and other tasks as needed, while upholding the values of the organization.

Responsibilities:

General Administrative Support: Maintain organized files, perform data entry, and manage basic office equipment.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer phones, and assist with communications to various audiences.
Event Support: Assist with logistical support for events, including venue bookings and preparation.
Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating databases, including Excel databases.
Document Management: Assist with filing, documentation, and preparing reports.
Follow Supervisor's Instructions: Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor, which may include administrative duties, data analysis, or research. Eligibility by Location:

Due to logistical constraints, only candidates residing in Banigala, Islamabad, will be considered.

Subsequent Employment: The Internship Programme is designed to complement the academic learning of interns and is not intended to lead to employment with Logistics Solutions. Therefore, no expectation of employment should arise upon the completion of the internship.
