Lube House is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and manage sales opportunities in the industrial sector by offering lubrication solutions tailored to client needs. You will interact extensively with clients, conducting site visits, performing equipment inspections, and providing technical consultations to help define customer requirements, particularly in relation to rotating equipment and maintenance operations. Your expertise in solution selling and strong communication skills will be essential in building lasting relationships with plant engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement departments. Utilizing your problem-solving skills, you will collaborate with internal technical and support teams to create customized solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth. This position offers the opportunity to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will not be responsible for managing a team but will independently oversee your sales territory and engage with various stakeholders to achieve sales objectives. You will be responsible for preparing technical documentation, appropriate reports, and quotations to facilitate the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of lubrication practices, industrial equipment maintenance, and a willingness to travel as required. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales opportunities by providing tailored lubrication solutions to meet client needs.

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with plant engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and support teams to devise and present customized solutions and proposals.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to educate industrial clients on relevant products and services.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and accurate quotations to support the sales process.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and provide post-sale technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry trends and advancements to offer clients the most up-to-date solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools and MS Office applications to track sales activities, document customer interactions, and generate reports.
