Mobile Technician

Lucky Mobile seeks a skilled Mobile Technician with extensive experience in mobile device repair and diagnostics. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of hands-on experience in mobile troubleshooting and repairs, including both hardware and software aspects. This role requires a solid understanding of testing tools, sound problem-solving skills, and the ability to efficiently handle various mobile device issues. Although this position does not involve managing a team, the technician should demonstrate leadership in their craft and provide guidance to less experienced staff when needed. The technician is expected to maintain high standards of service and contribute to customer satisfaction through exemplary work quality.
Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile devices to restore functionality efficiently.
Repair and replace damaged components, including screens, batteries, and circuit boards, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Utilize advanced testing tools and software to assess device performance and optimize mobile devices.
Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and repair techniques to provide informed service to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and standards for mobile device repair.
Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating repair processes and timelines to customers.
Document all repair processes and maintain records for future reference and customer history.
Train and mentor junior technicians and apprentices in repair techniques and customer service standards.
