Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and investors.
- Actively promote and market properties through various channels.
- Conduct property tours and provide information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
- Proven track record of successful sales and deal closures.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of real estate transactions.
- Proficient in using real estate software and tools.
- Candidates residing in the vicinity of Sindh Secretariat will be prioritized.
