We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic IGCSE Biology & Chemistry Teacher with strong communication skills and proven experience teaching the Cambridge International syllabus (0610 & 0620). The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality virtual lessons, prepare students for CAIE assessments, and foster a collaborative, inquiry-based learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Cambridge IGCSE Biology and Chemistry (CAIE 0610 & 0620) to students in online settings
Deliver engaging, interactive lessons using platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and LearnWorlds
Prepare students for exams through past paper practice, mock assessments, and targeted feedback
Track student progress and provide individualized support when needed
Collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in parent-teacher discussions (virtually)
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field
3+ years of experience teaching Cambridge IGCSE Biology and/or Chemistry (online or in-person)
Strong command of spoken and written English
Familiarity with CAIE assessment standards and grading techniques
Experience with digital tools for science teaching (e.g., simulations, online whiteboards)
Reliable internet connection and quiet teaching environment
