Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure they are comfortable.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure supplies are stocked.
  • Process transactions and handle payments accurately.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth client flow.
  • Maintain client records and update information as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Uphold the center’s standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a plus.
  • High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
