We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grant Writing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting compelling grant proposals to secure funding for various projects. As a fresh graduate, you will receive mentorship and training to develop strong grant writing and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Research potential funding opportunities from local and international donors.
Draft, edit, and submit grant proposals in alignment with organizational goals.
Maintain records of grant submissions, reports, and correspondence with donors.
Collaborate with team members to gather project-related information.
Assist in preparing donor reports and updates on funded projects.
Support business development activities, including client outreach and relationship building.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for social impact and a willingness to learn grant writing techniques.

Business Development Skills (Preferred):

Basic understanding of client relationship management.
Ability to identify and pursue potential business opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing and content development is a plus.

Note: This position is ideal for fresh graduates with excellent writing skills who are eager to make an impact in the social and business sectors. Training and growth opportunities will be provided.This position requires working from home.
