KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet walk-in customers at the showroom and provide expert guidance on furniture and interior products.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and design solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and assist in closing high-value deals.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the full product range, customization options, and ongoing promotions.
- Follow up with leads and potential clients via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
- Coordinate with the factory, design and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Keep the showroom presentable, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
