We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Support / Lead Generation Associate. This role involves problem-solving, customer interaction, and lead generation. 15-day training session will be provided to assess the candidate’s suitability for the position.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Resolving customer-related issues and challenges
- Generating leads and following up with potential clients
- Collaborating with the team to meet company targets
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computers or laptops
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to effectively interact with customers
- Lead generation experience is a plus
- Ability to work from 4 PM to 2 AM (with a 1-hour break)
- Hard-working and dedicated
Training:
- 15-day training session will be conducted to evaluate the candidate’s performance and fit for the role.
Salary:
- Basic salary: 20,000 PKR
- Salary increase based on performance
