We seek a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities across various platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial growth by building and nurturing long-term client relationships, focusing on customer satisfaction, and executing targeted campaigns for lead generation. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively to implement sales strategies, negotiate deals, and increase market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Execute data scraping and cold outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  •  Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Facilitate warm introductions and cold outreach to increase network engagement.
  •  Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies that focus on both financial gain and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align these strategies with business objectives.
  •  Sales Funnel Execution: Execute a structured sales funnel, from initial lead generation to closing deals, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  •  Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
  •  Industry Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to optimize the sales approach and keep a competitive edge.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  •  Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B lead generation, with a proven track record of success.
  •  Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree with proficiency in English, market knowledge, and strong communication and negotiation skills.
  •  Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, and IT industry trends.
  •  Sales & Marketing Skills: Demonstrated success in executing targeted campaigns, managing ICPs, and working with sales funnels in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  •  Creativity & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for creative approaches to business outreach and client engagement.
  •  Data-Driven Approach: Ability to make decisions based on data analysis, driving business strategies and achieving results.
  •  Team Collaboration: Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
