We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with expertise in performance-based hiring and management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance-based hiring strategies to attract top talent.
Design and manage performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
Drive HR initiatives to enhance productivity, engagement, and workplace culture.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or related industries.
Proven expertise in performance-based hiring and management systems.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
