We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with expertise in performance-based hiring and management systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies to ensure a productive and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance-based hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Design and manage performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Drive HR initiatives to enhance productivity, engagement, and workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing, energy, or related industries.
  • Proven expertise in performance-based hiring and management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
