We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Sales Executive to support our sales team in achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will assist with sales processes, maintain client relationships, and help drive business growth through organized support and proactive communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior sales staff with day-to-day sales operations.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in person to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other relevant documentation.
Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth sales operations.
Follow up on leads and support in closing sales deals.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
Attend client meetings and presentations when required.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries or issues efficiently.
Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
A proactive and positive attitude toward achieving targets.
