We are currently looking for talented and motivated candidates for the position of Store Manager

They are responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff coordination
Set sales targets and implement strategies to meet these goals
Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff to ensure the store is adequately staffed at all times
Develop and manage store budgets and maintain financial records
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Deal with customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Manage inventory, plan promotional events or sales, and order stock
Analyze sales figures, customer behavior, and market trends to anticipate product needs
Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to and any accidents are reported correctly
