Receptionist

We are seeking a professional and friendly Female Receptionist to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring smooth communication, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage office correspondence, including emails and mail
Maintain office cleanliness and ensure that supplies are stocked
Schedule appointments and meetings for management
Handle basic administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
