We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate, specifically in selling high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales strategies, guiding the sales team, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for high-rise residential and commercial units

  • Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and industry contacts

  • Oversee the sales cycle from client engagement to deal closure

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of project details, floor plans, pricing, and legal aspects

  • Train, motivate, and monitor performance of junior sales staff

  • Provide regular reports and market feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in real estate sales (preferably high-rise projects)

  • Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulatory frameworks

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
