As an LMS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our Learning Management System (LMS). Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at maintaining efficient communication, managing social media presence, and ensuring the seamless operation of our educational programs. Your key duties will include:

  • Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS): Ensure the LMS operates smoothly, addressing any issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Communicate with Parents: Keep parents informed and engaged through regular text and email updates.
  • Schedule Parent-Teacher Meetings: Coordinate and book meetings to foster strong relationships between parents and teachers.
  • Email Management: Efficiently manage and respond to emails, ensuring timely communication.
  • Monitor the LMS: Regularly check for updates and ensure the system is running efficiently.
  • Track Payments: Maintain an organized Excel file to track cash, annual, and six-monthly payments.
  • Social Media Management: Keep our Facebook account active and engaging, following up on new leads.
  • Social Media Posting: Create and schedule regular posts to keep our community informed and engaged.
  • Run Advertisements on Social Media: Create and manage advertisements on social media groups, monitoring them for potential leads.
  • Lead Management: Contact potential leads and schedule trial classes using Calendly.
  • Calendly Updates: Keep Calendly up-to-date with all trial class bookings.
  • Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates and participate in weekly progress meetings.
  • Student Follow-Up: Call absent students to arrange makeup classes and ensure they stay on track.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and notify when items need reordering.
  • Lesson and Batch Management: Add and maintain new lessons and batches in the LMS.
  • Enrollment Processing: Handle new student enrollments smoothly and efficiently.
  • Salary Processing: Calculate and process staff salaries on time.
