Utilize Microsoft Excel and budgeting software effectively to refine financial tracking and enhance reporting accuracy.
Supervise a team of three accounting professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their professional growth.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational objectives, promoting a unified approach to financial management.
Conduct regular audits of financial data and processes to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits to facilitate compliance and transparency.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the company maintains compliance and best practices.
Must have Microsoft GP knowledge.
