Ahmad Medix (Life Care) is a prominent designer and manufacturer specializing in advanced ambulances, mobile healthcare units, firefighting and disaster response vehicles, DSNG and OB vans, mobile labs, dispensaries, and other customized specialty on-wheels solutions. The company is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead its HR functions and play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s growth and operational success. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills who can manage all aspects of human resources while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to ensure efficient and effective workforce management. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and support sustainable organizational growth. Ensure full compliance with company policies as well as relevant labor laws and regulations. Accurately process monthly payroll and promptly address any employee payroll inquiries with professionalism. Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and provide tailored HR support. Manage employee engagement initiatives and retention programs aimed at cultivating a positive company culture. Maintain comprehensive HR records and prepare detailed reports for senior management to facilitate informed decision-making. Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in a timely and professional manner. Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure competitive and equitable employee packages.
Required Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential. Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience within an engineering company is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices is required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership abilities, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities is necessary. Holding an HR certification will be considered an advantage.
