We are looking for a highly skilled and independent HR Executive to join our team at Manpoy UK. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources within the company, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  •  Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
  •  Create job descriptions, post job openings, and manage the interview process from screening to final selection.
  •  Manage the on boarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
  •  Maintain an ongoing talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Promote employee engagement through initiatives, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Handle any employee conflicts or grievances promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues effectively.
  • Implement and manage employee recognition and reward programs.

3. Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management cycle, including setting performance goals, conducting reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans (PIPs).
  • Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HR functions and employee performance.

4. Learning & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and implement appropriate training and development programs to ensure employees' growth and career progression.
  • Foster a learning culture and recommend development opportunities based on employee needs and business objectives.

5. Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits packages that are competitive and in line with industry standards.
  • Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with relevant taxation and legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking to ensure internal and external equity.

6. Compliance & Legal:

  • Ensure the company is in compliance with local employment laws and regulations (e.g., contracts, employment rights, health and safety).
  • Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures to meet legal and organisational requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation according to best practices and legal standards.
  • Manage the company’s insurance policies and handle any legal employment matters (with external legal support as necessary).

7. HR Strategy & Reporting:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s objectives and values.
  • Provide regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment, training, and employee satisfaction.
  • Advise senior management on HR issues and contribute to business decision-making.

8. Health, Safety, & Wellbeing:

  • Oversee health and safety policies and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
  • Promote employee wellbeing programs and initiatives to improve work-life balance and overall employee health.

9. Administrative Support & HR Systems:

  • Manage HR systems (HRIS) for efficient record-keeping and reporting.
  • Ensure smooth processing of employee leaves, attendance, and other HR administrative functions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive company information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant HR certifications are preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of HR management experience, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.

Skills:

  •  Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  •  Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
  •  Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  •  Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  •  Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  •  Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
