We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Executive / Sales Expert to join our construction business in Lahore. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue through the sale of construction services and solutions. This role requires industry knowledge, a proactive approach to business development, and strong client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify potential customers including real estate developers, homeowners, architects, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Sell construction services such as residential/commercial construction, grey structure, turnkey solutions, or interior finishing.
  • Promote company offerings including materials, project management, and design-build services.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, BOQs, and quotations.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals effectively.

Site Visits & Coordination

  • Visit client sites to assess project requirements.
  • Coordinate with project engineers and design teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Keep up-to-date with trends in the construction and building materials market.
  • Monitor competitors and provide feedback on pricing and service offerings.
  • Identify new markets and growth opportunities in Lahore and surrounding areas.

Customer Service & After-Sales

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
  • Handle any post-sale concerns or support required by the client.
  • Encourage referrals and repeat business through relationship-building.

Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and project pipeline.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in the construction, building materials, or real estate industry.
  • Fresh graduates with technical aptitude and strong communication skills may be considered.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and pricing structures.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and proposal preparation.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Existing network within the construction or developer community.
  • Understanding of government regulations and permits (LDA, TMA, etc.).
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
