Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Candidates should possess a minimum of four years of experience in the relevant field to qualify for this opportunity.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and research potential clients in the paint and construction industries, leveraging industry knowledge to establish rapport and credibility.
  • Conduct effective prospecting activities to generate leads and create a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage customer relationships through regular communication, ensuring client needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • Present product offerings clearly and persuasively, demonstrating how these solutions meet customer needs and address their challenges.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully while maintaining profitability for the company.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotional efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and competitive landscape to support product development and strategy.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and handle sales objections.
