We are looking for a full-time Sales Operations Associate to join me in supporting multiple US-based enterprise clients. I work independently on projects related to Sales Operations, Outbound Sales, and Email Marketing. As my workload expands, I need someone reliable and proactive to help manage backend operations.
This is a remote role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to grow in the world of B2B sales operations. You’ll work directly with me, meaning lots of hands-on learning and growth potential. I’ll provide the tools and training—your hustle will determine how far you go.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in setting up and maintaining outbound sales systems and processes
Handle CRM and outreach tool workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly)
Manage and clean lead databases, ensuring data accuracy
Support list building and prospecting using tools like LinkedIn, Clay, ZoomInfo
Set up and monitor automation and lead engagement sequences
Track campaign metrics and prepare performance reports
What I'm Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) – Business, Marketing, or related field
No prior experience needed—I’m willing to train from scratch
Must be honest, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
High-speed internet (20 Mbps+), laptop, and availability for US CST hours (9–5 PM)
Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
Compensation & Perks
Probation salary (2 months): 50,000 PKR
Post-probation: 75,000 – 120,000 PKR (based on performance)
