We are looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager with solid experience in the garments or textile industry to help expand our custom clothing manufacturing business. Serving a diverse global clientele that includes private labels, sportswear brands, and apparel companies, this role requires a professional who can identify and secure international customers while leading a high-performing marketing and sales team. A strong knowledge of the garment sector and the ability to craft and execute strategies to grow our global presence are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients across international markets, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Convert leads into concrete business opportunities through strategic communication and negotiation.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and CRM management.
- Plan, organize, and participate in exhibitions, expos, and trade shows to promote the company and generate quality leads.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing and sales team, while collaborating closely with production and operations departments.
- Take full ownership of growth targets and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in garments, textile, or export marketing roles.
- In-depth understanding of international buyer behavior, especially in key markets such as the US, UK, and EU.
- Proven success in generating leads and converting them into business deals.
- Experience in planning and executing exhibitions and B2B sales processes, including effective follow-up strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
