Marketing Specialist

Nofilter Coffee Shop, situated in DHA Phase 6, Lahore, is looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to enhance its brand visibility and engage more customers. This full-time position offers a unique chance to contribute creatively to a growing coffee brand by designing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that increase foot traffic and strengthen brand awareness. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing social media, coordinating campaigns, and collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative marketing strategies focused on increasing customer visits and boosting brand recognition.
- Manage and grow the coffee shop’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Plan and carry out promotions, marketing campaigns, and partnerships with influencers and food bloggers.
- Produce engaging content such as reels, posts, stories, and captions, working closely with graphic designers and video producers.
- Track marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on data insights.
- Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities within the café and food industry to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure marketing efforts align with in-store promotions and events.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in digital or brand marketing, preferably in the food and beverage or retail sectors.
- A creative mindset with hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute campaigns, events, and influencer collaborations effectively.
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in copywriting.
- Must be based in Lahore and available to work on-site at the DHA Phase 6 location.
