We are seeking a results-driven Customer Sales Agent Closer for our BPO team at Mars BPO, Gulzar e Quaid Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales, negotiating deals, and achieving monthly targets. Strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to close deals efficiently are required. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking to grow within a dynamic BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close sales and meet/exceed monthly targets
- Handle inbound/outbound calls to convert leads into customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure repeat business
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in BPO or similar industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: PKR 80,000 - 100,000
