We are looking for an organized, proactive Human Resources Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, provide support to the HR Manager, and make independent decisions when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Incoming Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, ensuring proper communication with hiring managers and interviewees.
  • Answer Incoming Calls: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Scheduling: Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meetings for staff members.
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have strong spoken and written communication abilities, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and staff members.
  • Proficient in MS Office: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a focus on customer service.
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of administrative support experience
  • HR experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Conditions of Employment: Must be a Pakistani citizen with a clean legal record.
