The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR activities within the BPO sector. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee engagement, training, and performance management, with a focus on ensuring high employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and oversee recruitment and talent acquisition for BPO teams.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and productivity.
Manage employee performance, feedback, and development programs.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
Supervise a team of HR coordinators and provide leadership and support.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in BPO.
Strong organizational, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Knowledge of BPO-specific HR challenges and practices.
