Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Lead and mentor QA analysts, set performance goals, and conduct evaluations.
Quality Monitoring: Audit customer interactions (calls, emails, chats) to ensure adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare performance reports, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and reduce service delivery errors.
Training Support: Assist in developing training materials and conduct calibration sessions with agents.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, SLAs, and internal policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 1+ years in quality assurance, 1+ years in a managerial role (BPO preferred).
Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency with QA tools (e.g., Verint, NICE), and Microsoft Office.
Leadership: Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
