Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Training Materials: Create, update, and maintain sales training manuals, guides, and e-learning modules tailored to the needs of the team and organization.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead both in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing sales agents, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, CRM systems, and customer handling.
  • Sales Skills Development: Teach and reinforce key sales strategies, such as consultative selling, objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees to assess skill acquisition and overall development. Provide constructive feedback and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Onboarding New Agents: Ensure new hires are well-trained in product knowledge, company policies, and sales expectations through onboarding sessions and shadowing.
  • Provide Coaching and Support: Offer ongoing coaching and support to sales agents, addressing skill gaps and offering solutions to improve sales performance.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base: Stay up-to-date with product changes, new sales strategies, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to ensure training remains relevant.
  • Report on Progress: Provide reports and updates to management on training progress, the effectiveness of training programs, and areas that need improvement.
  • Conduct Refresher Training: Periodically offer refresher courses to existing sales teams to reinforce best practices and introduce new tools or techniques.
  • Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create an engaging, interactive, and supportive learning environment to keep trainees motivated and involved.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
