We are is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Verifier to join our Medicare campaign. The Verifier will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of customer information gathered during the campaign.

Key Responsibilities:

Verify and validate customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Cross-check Medicare application details against campaign guidelines.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in collected data.
Collaborate with agents to rectify any issues with customer details.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
Achieve daily verification targets while upholding quality standards.
Prepare detailed verification reports and escalate unresolved issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment (mandatory).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Familiarity with Medicare guidelines is an advantage (training will be provided).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
