Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and validate customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Cross-check Medicare application details against campaign guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in collected data.
  • Collaborate with agents to rectify any issues with customer details.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
  • Achieve daily verification targets while upholding quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed verification reports and escalate unresolved issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO environment (mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with Medicare guidelines is an advantage (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
