- Installing and maintaining features like pathways, ponds, and rockeries.
Lawn Maintenance:
- Mowing, weeding, edging, aerating, and feeding lawns to ensure a neat and healthy appearance.
Soil and Fertilizer Management:
- Testing soil to determine its condition and applying fertilizers or soil amendments.
- Ensuring proper soil drainage and erosion control.
Seasonal Preparation:
- Preparing gardens for seasonal changes, such as planting annuals, mulching, and protecting plants during winter.
- Cleaning and organizing the garden area after seasonal shifts.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Operating, cleaning, and maintaining gardening tools and equipment like mowers, trimmers, and hand tools.
Customer or Stakeholder Interaction:
- Collaborating with clients, property managers, or team members to understand and meet specific gardening needs.
- Offering advice on plant selection and garden improvements.
Environmental Care:
- Promoting sustainable gardening practices, such as composting, water conservation, and using organic methods.
- Removing debris, weeds, and invasive plants to maintain ecological balance.
