Marketing Strategy & Branding:
- Lead the design and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market positioning.
- Plan and oversee advertising, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and customer experience.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Set performance goals and KPIs, regularly reviewing team performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation, accountability, and results.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Develop loyalty programs or strategies to increase customer retention.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare detailed reports on sales, marketing, and market performance.
- Use data and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies, optimizing efforts as needed.
- Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making.
